Trump TV Lives? POTUS Proposes 'Worldwide Network' to Rival CNN

The concept of Trump TV was often bandied about in the lead-up to the 2016 election — as many assumed a political network was a logical next move for Donald Trump, had he gone on to lose the race. But even though he is now Commander-in-Chief, is Trump TV back on the table?

In a pair of Monday afternoon Tweets, the president — lamenting coverage of his administration on CNN — floated the possibility of starting up an alternative. A proposed network he described as being “worldwide” in reach.

Trump TV had a dry run of sorts in the days before the 2016 election. The president’s campaign broadcasted nightly newscasts ahead of the November 2016 vote. Among those who participated in those initial telecasts; Tomi Lahren, Sean Spicer, and Boris Epshteyn.

Even though they were severely pushed by various administrations to broadcast the admin's viewpoints, the professionals generally tried to be even-handed.

It is hard to convince any group of people to believe you if all you do is spout lies. RT.com started out being a fairly good source until the pute turned the dial.

Dump's broadcasts will have the dial turned full throttle from day 1 - he knows no subtlety.
