as a former soldier in Ireland, I had many occasions to be honoured with riot duty, the real thing, not drills and against real dangerous people, not innocent families. Having seen the Brits kill and maim with gas canisters or rubber bullets our orders were very specific, NO FUCKING HEADSHOTS. Now seeing what the police are in the border states it worries the hell out of me that they would find it great fun and am glad it didn't happen YET but let the Neanderthal brains tick for a couple of days. The gas itself ( its only tear gas etc) is very dangerous to adults in enclosed spaces and I do not know what it will do to toddlers in open or enclosed spaces and dog help any with respiratory diseases. My sincerest apologies to Neanderthals and for stereotyping, I know better they were smarter than the polis.
