There are 30 potential major 2020 Democratic Candidates

John Delaney and Richard Ojeda are currently running.

These are the people that have "expressed interest" according to Wikipedia. From that group, I have 13 that are a better than average chance to run. I also think that Cuomo isn't on this list, but is likely to take a shot. So we're at 16 major candidates just off the top of my head. If this is the number, it's going to be a very crowded primary which I think is good for the Democratic party overall. I do wonder if someone sneaks through the same way Trump snuck through the crowded republican field in 2016.

Is there anyone missing?

On July 28, 2017, Delaney became the first major Democrat to announce he is running for president in 2020.[2] Delaney announced that he would not run for re-election to Congress in 2018 and David Trone was elected to succeed him.

I don't think Clinton actually expressed interest in running. She said she wanted to be President, but didn't want to run for it. Which is lot like someone saying they want to lose weight but don't want to diet or exercise.
