Seriously, folks, you can't make this stuff up.

Some call parents w/kids in caravan, “reckless”. Many of my Cuban friends were sent here alone as kids -to live w/strangers in a foreign land. Castro wouldn’t let adults flee. Others brought kids in rafts. Many died on journey. Loving desperate parents will do desperate things. - Ana Navarro

she felt the same, probably well before he hit his teens. That's not something we should have any idea about considering how little information is available, but it seems too likely that she at very least did not help his growing personality disorders and very possibly contributed to them.

He never talks about her, only his father, but his lifelong hair style is strongly suggestive of her own elaborate orange carapaces (as well as contemporary movie stars Elvis Presley and Troy Donahue), as well as his tastes for ostentatious display of wealth.

Nothing against bald people, but they don't compare themselves to the massive, gorgeous, thick heads of hair like on Elvis...let alone his popularity, let alone his talent, let alone his drop dead good looks.

The comparison breaches my Boomer sensitivities and I feel like, um, tossing my cookies. An orange man with white eyes from either spraying or applying orange gook with fake hair and swirled thin hair tricks...not my Elvis. I'm humming Jailhouse Rock as I write.

Someone who studied and treated people suffering from personality disorder of narcissistic type say they often adopt a "look" in adolescence that copies some admired famous person and then continue it for life. Trump actually mentioned Presley a few days ago, but otherwise I haven't read who that person might be. Trump looked similar enough to Troy Donahue, who was famous when Trump was in his teens, however, to make me wonder if he might have identified with him.

Btw, this person also said narcissists often don't fantasize like others. Most people imagine themselves in some wonderful situation. Narcissists instead fantasize by imagining an image of themselves and admiring it. (How's that tummy holding up?)

Not from those "sh*thole countries."

His beef with those south of the border, also, is that they aren't educated or have higher level skills. But his mother had only an 8th grade education, came from a squalid section of Scotland, and worked as a "domestic," when she got here.

One point, though, is that after a short visit here, she returned to Scotland and got her legal immigration visa while in Scotland.

Another interesting point is that she came with a LOT of other immigrants from that area, suffering the economic ravages of WWI, DURING THE GREAT DEPRESSION. So talk about hurting the economy that he speaks of. Our healthy economy now is no comparison to our ravaged economy in 1929-1930, when we let in thousands and thousands of economic refugees from Europe.
