He knew this WIkileak on HRC and the DNC was all going to dump.

internal bias within the FBI from entities that leaked to him. Certain elements were loyal to Giuliani. The dumb shit could not resist letting us know that he was the smartest man in the room. I have relatives like that. It will come back to bite him.

it wasn't about Wikileaks but he knew that the FBI would reopen the e-mail investigation. He didn't say it directly, but he knew something was coming up the next days.
