With the WH openly dangling pardons, obstructing, 67 votes needed to convict, what is our recourse?

To me seems like the only viable option we have left is for state and/or federal authorities to indict Dotard himself especially in light of him openly lying to the OSC in his written submission about Stone, Wikileaks, and the T Tower meeting.

1. Indicting Donnie Jr and Jared would be a good start

That will make him furiouser.

And maybe some state atty general can indict him. Maybe it would get thrown out, but so what? Give it a try. Or a prosecutor. New York City-- he lived there and did some of these crimes there.

We need Jack McCoy (Law & Order prosecutor). He was always indicting people who weren't supposed to be indictable, like the CEO of a pharmaceutical company.

7. Take out what is precious to him...

Remove his support system and enablers....all of them...they all are criminal.

2. Keep an eye on Barbara Underwood, NY's Attorney General, and her prosecution of the Trump

Foundation. She has jurisdiction and is following the money as it relates to NY tax law. This might lead to other lawsuits.

9. Underwood is out of office in four weeks...

I doubt she'll introduce any new litigation in that period.

11. I hope that her replacement will continue to persue the legal avenues opened up by Ms. Underwood,

and even open new inquiries as opportunities arise.

3. Give Democrats in the House time to hold public hearings

Joe Sixpack doesn’t fully appreciate just how crooked Cheetolini and his cohorts are.

Public hearings will be devastating to Trump.

Also, something like 75% of Americans want Mueller’s findings to be made public, so the report may be released.

If the report isn’t released, the Democrats can subpoena the evidence gathered and Mueller can continue presenting very long, detailed indictments that will tell the story.

The indictments are public.

It’s possible that there will be enough pressure on GOP Senators that they do the right thing for the sake of self preservation.

5. 2020 will be the Senate Republicans 'turn in the barrel'

22 Republican Senators will be up for election in 2020, and while Republicans are said to be 'favored' to win most of them back, that will probably change, depending on their reactions to the Mueller investigation, et al.

So we might find those 67 votes after all.

6. Republicans in senate care about one thing

More than anything else: re-election.

Put that in jeopardy and republicans would send trump and anyone else straight to jail.

Politicians, especially republicans, are the very definition of fair weather friends.

Welcome to reality as it exists, and not how you want it to be.
Trump can easily drag things out for 2 years until the election, but just imagine what he will do in the 2 months after he loses, the pardons he will issue then.
But imagine if he doesn't lose because of a third party run from the Left by our favorite "Get off my lawn you damned kids!" candidate and siphons enough votes from the Democratic Party candidate to allow Trump to win. It could happen.
