RAISE HELL: The life and Times of Molly Ivins (documentary)

Dear Friends, Backers and Especially Molly Beloveds,

For Y'all who have supported us, and been so patient-- the wait is over. RAISE HELL: The Life & Times of Molly Ivins will be celebrating its WORLD PREMIERE, in January at the SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL!

Details will be forthcoming, but we wanted to let y’all know as soon as we could! The finishing touches are being put on the final cut and we will be donning parkas and boots and heading to Park City, to kick off the next part of this journey. We are so honored to be able to bring Molly Ivins’ prescient, relevant voice back to the people!

Our gratitude for all of you is boundless. We could not have made this happen without you and we can’t wait to share it all with you!
So here's to Molly, Sundance and a wonderful holiday season for everyone!

Best,
Janice, Carlisle & James and the entire Raise Hell Team

I didn't agree with all her observations, but I'm glad she's still and always in the battle with us.

I love Carolyn. Austin based, amazing outspoken progressive that sings like Janis and Aretha and kicks absolute ass on guitar. Born, like Janis, in Port Arthur, I believe....

Texas has produced some badass women who will be remembered far longer than cretins like Louie Gohmert, Ted Cruz, Tom Delay and their ilk.

what you are saying, but there is truly something wrong with putting those 3 names (Gohmert, Cruz, Delay) anywhere near the same page as the 3 phenomenal women that you have at the top........

Loved her.

I'll never forget her remark about Pat Buchanan's crazy, fascist speech at a Republican convention. "It sounded better in the original German." Nobody could nail truth like Molly.
