Corsi filing a complaint with Whitaker for prosecutorial misconduct against Mueller

@jerome_corsi, 4h4 hours ago

I have retained attorney Larry Klayman to assist David Gray in my defense. In a memo to my attorneys, I have instructed Klayman and Gray to file with Acting AG Whitaker a criminal complaint against Mueller's Special Counsel and the DOJ for prosecutorial misconduct in my case.

Something fishy going on here. I don't trust the Trump crime family.

Waiting to see what Whitaker does with this and what the final outcome is.

I so want this Mofo in jail. Everyone, rightly, speaks of his birther conspiracy. Almost no one mentions the job he did on John Kerry with the Swiftboat Liars.

Larry Klayman is about as big a crackpot as Corsi - he's a birther like his client. I'm amazed he still has a law license anywhere; he's been sanctioned by several courts and almost always loses his cases because he sues only to try to get information. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Klayman

in the .. Benghazi attack in a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. The lawsuit alleged that Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct government business likely exposed sensitive information to terrorists ... The complaint also alleged that Clinton lied to the parents about the cause of the attack ... The parents also claimed that Clinton caused them emotional distress when she ran for president ... That case was dismissed in May 2017 when Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the complaint was legally insufficient in stating proper legal claims against Clinton. That decision was affirmed by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. The parents moved for an en banc hearing of the case by the full Circuit Court but were denied. They then petitioned for the Supreme Court to hear their case but were turned down ...

The acting DOJ should be a no go if he was an ethical person.

The issue of whether there is prosecutorial misconduct is decided by pre-trial motion before the trial court. I've never seen one of these motions prevail in 27 years of practice.

These people are fucking idiots.
