The first time Senator Dumbass was elected it was the 2010 anti-Obama wave election, when part of the Democratic electorate stayed home because Obama didn't bring them a pony and fart rainbows on a daily basis. The second time it was the local MAGAs and again a substantial portion of the traditional Democratic electorate that stayed home because HRC "didn't excite them." Couple those two things with the sometimes almost comic ineptitude of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and you have 12 years of Senator Dumbass.
