Go after the non-white immigrants. Create another immigration crisis to keep the wall in the news and put pressure on the Democratic congress to pass his immigration "reforms" and fund the wall.

Works with his base and Faux.

and the CR deadline is next week on that fateful day of infamy -December 7th. However Congress could override a veto if they wanted to.

or even what exactly his goal is. So we will have a manufactured, self-inflicted harm... with no clear prioritization of potential outcomes in mind which would allow genuine negotiation by the other parties involved, and no clear conception of how this "leverage" enables any movement towards this goal.
