Fox News' Napolitano Drops Truth Bomb: Cohen Plea Will Lead To Trump's Impeachment

WOMP WOMP.

Fox News’ Napolitano Drops Truth Bomb: Cohen Plea Will Lead To Trump’s Impeachment
by Lance Perriman
Nov 29, 2018

To say that Donald Trump is having a terrible week is an understatement. Now, Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano is adding to the president’s pain by suggesting that the latest guilty plea by Michael Cohen is a step toward impeachment.

During an appearance on Fox News Thursday, Napolitano speculated that the extraordinary development “must sting” President Trump.

“Every time Bob Mueller gets more information like he probably got from Michael Cohen in the past days and weeks,” the legal analyst said. “It creates more work for him to do… because he can’t just take at face value what Cohen or any witness says, he has to corroborate it.”

He continued: “This actually extends the obligations of [special counsel] Bob Mueller, and it extends well into 2019 the existence of his office and his continued investigation.”

According to Napolitano, Mueller’s team “has been going by the book. No leaks, no lies, no exaggeration. Everything he files in court is properly filed and is verified.”

Napolitano later asserted that Cohen’s guilty plea must “sting” President Donald Trump because his attorney, Rudy Giuliani, has attempted to create the public impression that impeachment is “utterly unacceptable.”

“The strategy of the White House has been to deploy a brilliant attorney who’s a household name, Rudy Giuliani,” Napolitano said, “not only as a lawyer, but as a public relations]person for the president, to create the impression among the public that the indictment or the impeachment of Donald Trump is utterly unacceptable.”

“Think of the personal sting here,” he added. “Michael Cohen was not only the president’s personal lawyer, but his confidante. Michael Cohen once said he would take a bullet for the president. He has now pleaded guilty twice, both times involving the president and both times promised to help people who are trying to bring the president down.”

“This must sting the president terribly,” Napolitano concluded.

However, “Michael Cohen was not only the president’s personal lawyer, but his confidante. Michael Cohen once said he would take a bullet for the president. He has now pleaded guilty twice, both times involving the president and both times promised to help people who are trying to bring the president down.”

They are not "the people trying to bring the president down"

They are fighting to get to the bottom of the TRUTH, whatever that may be. IF it ends up bringing down the president, he did that to himself.

He refuted all of Trump’s attacks on Mueller’s credibility.

Then Napolitano calls Guilani a brilliant attorney. Fox liars got to throw in a lie, even when attempting to tell the truth.

Don't take the bait Dems. Impeachment talk is WAY WAY WAY premature at this point. Come on

After January let the investigations take their course and let's see what happens. Be smart Dems, and NEVER EVER TRUST A REPUBLICAN.

And cut Trump loose.

At some point the money people are going to realize that Trump’s killing the Republican Party and ditching him is the only way to save it.

25th is messy, impeachment is messy...both drag the country through the mud...especially internationally and how vulnerable said WH occupant has made the US in many ways.

I believe that Republican Representatives will come to a tipping point...is't definitely started...as to their likely electability or being kicked out of office. This, IMO, will be the quickest and easiest and most effective to happen sooner rather than later. It will be messy, too, and I don't believe he has half the intelligence of Nixon, but when he sees his kids going down, Trump Organization under real investigation, the idiot that took the Trump Tower meeting, etc. he'll be a lot more inclined to resign. They will devise a way that he can leave..." A Winner".

It's already being circulated that he is the end of the Republican Party. Those kind of statements don't come out of nowhere. In a strange sort of way, it will likely be the voters...many who put him in office...but now in a real advice and consent role. I believe it will be the people who will convince their Congressfolk that they will not support them for re-election.
