Great news Amber Guyger has been indicted for the murder of Botham Jean

Remember she shot and killed him in his own apartment and then claimed that she confused it with her own.

& cop angle v. the scary black man who does drugs.

Recall how they tried to make more of the marijuana found in his house as if that somehow made her actions justifiable.

I'm glad she has been indicted but justice is still a jury verdict away.

You're right about had they been able to simply dismiss him as a nobody - they would have and no charges would have been brought.

One hurdle has been cleared but racism will rear its ugly head again at the trial.
