There's a scene when Pacino's character, "Lefty", tries to get on the good side of a mob kingpin by slipping him a greeting card with 2 $100 bills in it. The mob boss couldn't have been less impressed. I'd bet dollars to dogshit that's exactly how Putin reacted.

Putin could probably buy all the Trumps with pocket change, but that doesn't mean they don't have to offer up tribute to him.
