There's a scene when Pacino's character, "Lefty", tries to get on the good side of a mob kingpin by slipping him a greeting card with 2 $100 bills in it. The mob boss couldn't have been less impressed. I'd bet dollars to dogshit that's exactly how Putin reacted.

He was probably thinking he'd never be able to buy a U.S. President until some sketchy street vendor sold him Trump.
