Who says that tRump Moscow penthouse was worth $50-million?

Why, tRump...or his sycophants.

It’s a made-up value, and like every tRump property, overpriced and overrated.

More like tRump was offering a penthouse worth maybe $700,000, tops.

Russian cashwashing value.

Brag about the 50 million penthouse (maybe half million real value) and the oligarchs feel better about paying 10 million for the other apartments to launder their cash.

That's the way it works in Trump Tower, and should work even better in Moscow.

Moscow real estate is fairly expensive if I recollect correctly. And given Putin's "wealth", he probably thought, "only 50 million from a third rate stupid realty developer?....It's going to be a dump! Fuck that! I have the Kremlin!"

to Russian oligarchs for the other units and that they'd gladly pay that to live in the same building as Vlad.

Just a way of laundering money.

I think they just pulled that figure out of their ass, as you indicate as a brag

That Felix guy said they were gonna get 4 other suckers in there and overcharge them to make up the difference
