It was written by a normal person, not Dump.

There were more words than Trump can handle at a time, and they were words that fit together as complete, grammatical sentences - so somebody else obviously wrote it. I'd bet Tiny didn't read it at all, and might not have even heard the news (it's 3:00 a.m. in Buenos Aires, I think).

It would surprise me if they didn't have canned statements like that for former Presidents, VPs, and Congressional Leadership.

We all know neither Donnie, nor Melanoma had any part of it. Donnie doesn't write that well and Melanoma didn't have time to look up something Michelle Obama wrote so she could steal it.
