Santorum wants the US to be like Canada and China?

In tonight's speech, Rick Santorum said, "It's 20 percent more expensive to do manufacturing jobs in this country than it is in the top 9 trading partners that we have to compete with". He blamed the government for this increased cost.

Well here are are Top 9 trading partners that we compete with:

1. Canada
2. China
3. Mexico
4. Japan
5. Germany
6. United Kingdom
7. South Korea
8. France
9. Taiwan

Which country would Ricky Santorum like to us to emulate?
