I'm sick of the "He didn't think he'd win" excuse.

I guarantee you that the media wouldn't be reporting that excuse as exculpatory evidence if it were a Democrat conspiring to commit treason and fraud against the United States.

I'm sick of the; "well, they didn't have seasoned political advisors" excuse for committing felonies.

The MSM needs to do their jobs and stop pretending that any of this is normal.

They need to be journalists... NOT defense attorneys and enablers of this criminal enterprise.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Neither is just plain old ignorance.

It might be impossible to get a conviction, but there are some radio hosts and news organizations that need to be charged with accessory to commit a felony.

I think he knew he was going to win. He had the whole thing rigged from the beginning.

A driver for a bank robbery can't say he didn't really think his buddies would rob the bank. Someone comes and asks for a gun stating they are going to kill someone and the person can't say he really didn't think the person was going to kill the person.

He'd lose, claim the election was stolen by Hillary and Dems and go on to make big bucks for himself, his family and his brand. He'd be spending 4 years or more attacking Hillary and people would pay him to do so. Speeches, tv and book deals. Trump was going to make bank.

As if we don't have enough of a right wing monopoly on media companies. But this would be his baby. His very own platform where he could run conspiracy theory shows like InfoWars, Drudge and Brietbart would have their own shows. With him as a common guest. And all the while he'd have been shouting about how the election was rigged, how he was the legitimate President, and that people should be very very angry about that.

In fact, I think as long as he doesn't go to jail, maybe even if he does, he may still start up that network. Does anyone think we can suddenly turn off the Trump Tap even if he is forced out of the Presidency? At the very least his pal Mark Burnette will have a few shows lined up for him.

MJ has some pretty good journalists on the show, from NYT political writers to WAPO columnists.

So you can't lump all journalists in one category.

If the Senate votes along party lines to acquit then so be it!
