I think it's deeper. His father never taught him right from wrong and he never had to learn. Hell, he never even had to leave trump tower..penthouse to work and back...all in the elevator. So he never encountered and learned what others do in real life.

And back then , in his younger life, he was rich and good looking ..so when he did go out all he got was adoration.

know or comprehend any other way of living because he's never been exposed. And obviously never been exposed to learning. No curiosity about how others live and think. Like a perfect storm of bad factors

and they need to be held accountable for what they do, as does he of course. Hopefully Mueller is working on that.
