So even if the physical courthouse is closed for the day, if it is e-filed by the end of the actual day I assume it meets the deadline.

Remember the recent Manafort filing didn't happen until around 7 pm.

...in the presence of the judge, and the doc on the monitor gets printed Immediately for your records.
