Interesting tweet re: George and Kelly Conway

Conway's have Trump's blessing. George infiltrated NeverTrump last spring to get support for upcoming Kavanaugh nom. If Trump really was angry, he'd fire Kellyanne & slam George himself. Sending Eric out to "fake fight" w/them is choreography. CNN has a seat waiting for Kellyann

all of this is Kabuki theater. Ignore both of the Conways and what the designated Trump was sent out to say about them to give the appearance they are all mad at each other. George isn't someone the press covered before & shouldn't make him a celebrity now. You're being played.

Cheri Jacobus is a neverTrumper. Her bio on Twitter: Former GOP. PR consultant, TV pundit, writer. Ran GOP campaigns, congressional staffer, RNC, fmr adjunct professor @GSPMgwu. NeverTrump, editor A House United

and he was the one who staged them showing up at the second Clinton/Trump debate. NeverTrumpers have meetings in DC every month and George started showing up out of the blue in May before the Kavanaugh nomination was announced.

so, given he's hardly driven by more than immediacy, vendettas, and anger? Since when does he play "3dimensional chess"...

Sorry, this makes no sense whatsoever to me. What am I missing?

like Trump has done on every other person who's attacked him ? Instead crickets. People on Twitter asked her the same question. One person asked her who benefits. Her reply: The Conways. But George infiltrated NeverTrump last spring in preparation for Kavanaugh, trying to soften some of them up so he could get them to support Kav later. Hate to say it but some in the group rolled over for him.

Trump specifically wanted Kavanaugh because he was a fixer.

Don't know if any of it's true just thought it was interesting. Personally , I think the Conways are running a game because they want to be employable after Trump.

picks, why wouldn't the NeverTrumpers back them? Independent of Trump, I mean. If it had been Jeb Bush or Kasich or any of the others who became President they'd likely have picked most of the same judicial nominees, right?

I think Kelley and George might be shrewd enough to devise something, but I still don't get why they'd NEED to.

I am typing on my phone, autocorrect puts in the apostrophe when I pluralize words every damn time! So unless I'm editing carefully, I make that same mistake often. It's really annoying. (And I know the difference between possessive and plural nouns.)

I don't post to twitter (or here) from my phone!

But it's a possibility. If I were someone who wrote a lot of pieces, though, I'd like to think I'd proofread my tweets before hitting send.

There are a few NeverTrumpers. There are no NeverKavanaughs. If the NeverTrumpers thought Kavanaugh or Conway were problems, the time to say that was 3 months ago.

neither are intelligent enough to be Maitlin and Carville. And I'm not surprised either. The knives have been drawn, and don't think for a second that what the legislatures in several states are doing are the only ones trying to wound us. It is upon us to dodge the strikes and use all of our power to save our democracy.

I agree with this.

It's all self interest, not a deal with the president. (Though if he stays in power, they wouldn't mind it if HE believed it was a deal with him.)
