The fact that Individual 1 is participating in the memorial activities for a dead president is headline news is, on its very face, remarkable.
Indeed, it has been headline news.
It is headline news that the sitting US President is attending memorials for a predecessor, one of only 45 people in the history of the country.
It is headline news because Individual 1 is so despicable and reviled.
This has little to do with the dead president and so very much to do with the unfortunately still living one.
