What is there to glean? Most of the memo has been redacted.

The Special Counsel is recommending no jail time.

We can assume that Flynn has fully cooperated with the investigation.

Also, Mueller may be sending a message that if you fully cooperate, there is a chance of no jail time.

The sheer volume of the redactions tell us that there are still a lot of questions that are still being investigated.

The investigation is not over.

Mueller is feeding information to the American people in small bites, so that they can digest it.

We can only guess what is redacted.

Since so much is redacted, if Trump gets "inside info" on the redacted parts, Mueller will know that Whitaker or someone "inside" is leaking the information. It may be a test?

Also it appears that Mueller has spread the investigation to others so Unindicted Co-Conspirator can't quash anything. In January we begin to make more of a public record. Unindicted Co-Conspirator can run but he can't hide.
