is to treat him just like all the other dignitaries and the past presidents. He needs to be reminded that he's not special, and even a "shunning" would tell him he's special.

is a lesson in decency and respect in a common space. Hopefully, Trump can take something from it. I doubt it. I do think the nation needs this touchstone and for it to be placed outside of current daily politics.
