Example of Heroine - Lady of Fight - Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock

First of all, I'm biased here; because Mary Elizabeth is my girlfriend. But the reason she became my girlfriend is why I must write this Christmas story, of her.

Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock fights, injustice, even past her dying days; and, because that injustice includes male abuse/ misogyny - Judge Bullock's heroism is even mire endearing.

That's a picture of my lovely lady - the, never, quite retired , EEOC Judge - Mary Elizabeth Bullock. She has penned a heart wrenching book titled "Judging Me"; which details extensive mental, physical & sexual abuse, in her youth.

Overcoming being subjected to many years of brutality and constant abuse, Mary Elizabeth Bullock put herself through college, becoming a Lawyer, Federal JUDGE and Law Professor.

Unfortunately, it appears her abusive father passed the baton of attacks upon Mary Elizabeth, to misogynists at top federal levels.

Compounding the sufferings, Mary Elizabeth suffers from MS & Lupus; which was made worse by ovarian cancer, in early 2000's.

At the time, around 2005, when Mary Elizabeth underwent ovarian cancer surgery, the prognosis was she had but a month, to live.

This is when high ups tried to take advantage of her case flow; by placing a case on her desk nobody else would touch.

Her Honor Judge Bullock (who never had a case overturned) was given a case of two Asian female lawyers at the SEC, being discriminated upon.

Judge Bullock took the details of the case and concluded that the 2 females had suffered discrimination.

The powers that be of the SEC reached out to the powers that be of the EEOC; ordering that -"those bitches aren't going to get away with this".

Judge Bullock was then ordered to rig the case!

Though Judge Bullock was on her prognostic "death bed" she refused to take the power play abuse, laying down. She hired an ambulance, with a doctored ordered nurse in tow; and she went to her EEOC boss - telling them no - I'm not changing the ruling in this case!

Despite their bad faith wish that Mary Elizabeth would kick the bucket, my lady is - still here - 13 years later.

Obviously, the powers that be, are very - upset!

Because Judge Bullock wouldn't die and she wouldn't give in to the corrupt stalwarts, the powers that be set out to destroy her.

Abuse was so bad, at the top EEOC federal level, phoney papers were utilized to suspend her BAR Card; but the subsequent litigation resulted in Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock winning her case against the EEOC.

In the ruling in favor of Mary Elizabeth the Court stated that the lack of civility & candor towards Judge Bullock - was appalling!

Since then (as Judge Bullock's above Tweet details) there are Smoking Guns providing proof the case to suspend Judge Bullock's Law license, was completely bogus.

Be that as it may, the unscrupulous prosecutor still seeks to torture Mary Elizabeth, even now, as her health continues to wane.

Judge Bullock is being told that she can have her BAR Card back, if she will undergo a psychological evaluation by a hand-pick of the prosecutor.

What an Asshole!

Every day, my dear, sweet, baby, suffers in pain. Often, she is in the hospital, needing a white-blood-cell boost (that is only supposed to happen, once or twice a year).

However, even with all that going on, Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock is still fighting for Justice, in other cases of discrimination and abuse.
