Analysis: Despite success, Democratic donors need to make smarter choices in 2020

From an email sent to me by the Flippable Team:

“To make the map bluer, Democrats need to make smarter investments. In the 2018 midterms, Flippable sent 91% of funds to candidates whose elections were decided by single-digit margins—and 60% of funds to races within five points. Meanwhile, over 50% of Democrats’ contributions to Congressional campaigns went to races won by more than 10 points. Democrats can—and must—do better in the next election cycle.”
