Interesting set of options for NC-9

If the STATE voids the election, they hold it again with the same candidates.

If the CONGRESS voids the election, they hold a new one, with the GOP having the opportunity to pick a candidate less.....tainted.

Usually when there's a new election and/or special election because of corruption, the party that committed it has drastically decreased turnout because people don't want to vote for that party's candidate.
