I have heard people saying that a sitting president can be indicted and that the fake pres did commit treason and his crimes do fit the definition. More and more pundits are voicing these opinions of CNN and MSNBC. I have heard this from those who are or have been politicians themselves too.

I seem to recall Hillary speaking during a book tour and she did say that what tRump did with Putin, a national enemy, by hacking our election (our Democratic process) was a treasonous act.
