Considering I was upset with her not impeaching Bush, this is a big leap of faith for me.

The House impeaches. The Senate judges. There is no reason to consult the Senate until an investigation and a vote on impeachment takes place. The Senate has nothing to say about either of those things.

There is a procedure. That procedure should be followed. The House does not have to ask the Senate what it thinks about impeachment, so it should not do so.

But I'm all in favor of a House Resolution crapping all over Trump for his crimes, and calling out the Senate for covering them up.
