Because of the gop not doing anything. But things may change, it is hard to tell in these crazy times. I would say yes it has too much power.

He's still President because the Republicans in Congress lack the will to stand up to him and put the country ahead of their Party affiliation. Even when it's becoming obvious that they'll go down with the ship. I've never seen anything like it myself.

As soon as Cohen plead guilty and implicated Lard Ass as a co-conspirator to his crime the House should have impeached him and forced the Senate to try him.

That's why as soon as we take over as the majority in the House we need to take care of it.

The framers didn't realize a Congress could be this spineless.

Shouldn't pResident be spelled pRezident, after all, they have made significant investments in him for money laundering since the mid 80s.

Too much power. Especially, since they never found those WPD. I saw Cheney the other day and he reminded me of his push to invade Iraq and then shooting his buddy while bird hunting. A hair trigger. And he outed V Plame because her husband, the Ambassador did not write a flaming report.

The war powers needs to be narrowed significantly. We need a few more critical thinkers or senate oversight.

Why? I'm thinking there is a point when the Special Counsel (SC) will issue an indictment/report that will summarize specifically what we've gleaned from later pages. I suspect "Individual-1" will appear in other indictments.

In the late 1700s.

It is totally inadequate to be the guiding document in the 2000s.

Heresy, I know. But it is what it is.

Keep the Bill of Rights and give me a parliament.
