Just the other day Whitaker and Kushner were seen leaving the WH and getting on Marine 1 (with Trump, so that 'term' stands!)

That was right about the time Trump started going on his crazier than usual twitter rants about the Mueller probe

Be charged,too? He is supposed to be the acting AG for the Country, not Trump.

But it does not matter any more, the charges are already in place and January 3rd you will see a new ball game.
