by not letting his first choice be known until he, you know, actually talked to the guy. But he thinks it's an honor to work for him and can't understand why anyone wouldn't want to.
Personally, I'd clean latrines before I took that job; I don't care how much it pays. My sanity, reputation, and self-respect are worth more.
