I still do not agree with his Oct 2016 decision on Hillary's emails.

He said he had to tell people because he had given his word that the FBI was done and something changed.

He said he didn't say anything about Russia because it could compromise their investigation and they did not know if they had anything or not.

Why I think he was wrong is his previous sentence about Russia could have been applied to the circumstances with Hillary's emails in Oct 2016. They found more emails but did not know if what they recently found would be meaningful or not - like Russia.
