Butina's filing indicates a plea deal:

“The Defendant Maria Butina, by counsel, and the government … respectfully file this joint motion to set a change of plea hearing in the above-captioned matter and request a hearing at the Court’s earliest convenience.”

I suspect Putin told her to flip so she can help destabilize the US with what she knows. But if not, can we keep her in the US? Do we need to keep her in jail?

She and her boyfriend were hanging with top NRA officials. There are also suspicious transfers from Russia to her boyfriend.

I imagine she knows quite a lot about this money.
