Like the story says,he runs Trumps Hotel here in Vegas and is a real piece of work.

Kind of one of those Guy's who makes things get done and never gets caught if you know what I mean.

Understand Trump is calls him as well as Adelson daily.

and is tRump's partner in one of his hotels. Ruffin owns Treasure Island on the Strip and lives in Vegas now.
