There Is A Great Incentive For Trump, The Repugs & Maybe Even The Russians To Win The WH In 2020....
As long as Trump is the pResident he has immunity from prosecution. The incentive for him to win in 2020 will be enormous. Can you imagine the cheating, the voter suppression, the stealing of votes that will happen in 2020 by the Repugs. Even their donors will feel the pressure.
Things need to be in place before the 2020 election to minimize any of the tricks the Repugs and Trump and the Russians will pull to win the WH.
