(82,849 posts)Get your talking points organized beforehand: (1) Why didn't the Republicans fund the wall when they were in charge of both houses of Congress and the presidency? (2) It's a stupid waste of money. (3) It's a boondoggle of epic proportions, maybe the biggest ever! (4) The American people, in poll after poll, have demonstrated that they're against this silly idea.
Number (3) will appeal to Trump's self-important grandiosity.
