16. Not according to Malcolm Nance. He was on Stephanie Miller this morning talking about this.

In his opinion she was directed prior to ever come here, that if caught, she was to plead guilty and await a spy exchange after serving some time. He claimed that all Russian "assets" that are sent here to seek information while posing as average people are instructed in their training to do that. They will be eventually welcomed back home. I think that is why she pleaded guilty fairly quickly.
