2. Why is it gone?

I've submitted to the contest and got third once.
I like it, its a nice break from snarky assholes and the photographers
are great.

Although I cannot figure out how to get a pic posted, I do enjoy the photo group. The other parts of this board do lead to a great deal of disharmony on too many occasions.

5. You can upload a photo to a site like imgur.com or Photobucket or Flickr or any other site like that

and then just type the image's address, including the http:// and it will post.

You don't need an account to use Imgur (but you can get a free one); the others may require an account.

If you have a website, you can also hotlink from there (that's what I do).

9. Picassa and Imageshack also will host your images.

If you upload your images to such a site you can right click on them to "save the url" or "copy image location" and just paste that into your post.
