What happens when the R Congressional leadership gets implicated in the Russian scheme?

Because you know it’s going to happen.

We already know that Yertle’s PAC got a multi-million dollar donation from a Russian ologarch in 2016. We know that Roherbacher was basically on the Kremlin payroll. Does anyone believe that Ryan, McCarthy and the rest weren’t in on the crimes?

What do we do as a country when we have a president, vice president and Republican members of Congress who obtained their offices through election fraud and campaign finance crimes?

If there is no rule of law, then I feel no responsibility to play nice with a group of traitorous assholes that deserve to be executed for treason anyway.

We either have a legitimate government, based on the consent of the governed and the rule of law, or we do not...if we do not, then it is war, period.

sabotage or shut down any investigation that might get too close to him or GOP leadership. If they take down Trump but leave McConnell in place, we'll be back here again.

But to effectively do that, we may need to win WH first. 2020 can’t get here soon enough.

Editing to add that our party leaders damn well better follow through on holding these crooks accountable (including any elected officials from any party). Unless they and we do that, there will be zero confidence in government — and that will only allow more new crooks to corrupt our nation further. The lack of accountability for the 2008 crash is one of the things that spawned the illegitimate presidency we now suffer under.

and an eye on 2020. If the criminality is covered voters will continue to abandon the GOP...this means Dems will have to successfully fight the corporate media's misrepresentation and normalization of the criminality.

that our own house is clean. The both-siderism always gets us. What's that? Kamala Harris' staffer is accused of misconduct? See! Both sides are exactly the same.

We have to get ahead of this shit by making sure we don't have our own shit that can be used against us. And also we need to point to Individual #1 to show that there are HUGE differences. The US now has a POTUS who's a despicable confidence man as the result of being willfully ignorant to both-siderism.
