happened to writing names in a notebook? This just seems so wrong as if these people are livestock. Written today, tattooed tomorrow?

and to assign each refugee with a "processioning number" (while additionally restricting the number to be processed to 60 a day). I don't know (it was not reported) who's idea it was to write the queue number on each individual.

I believe the idea was to assign the numbers, make it known to the refugees just how far back in the "line" they were, and to make the refugees life as miserable in the Mexican camps as possible... in the hope that the refugee family would decide to return to central america instead of apply for refugee status.

Don't forget that WE created the hellhole countries that these people are fleeing (failed states where the gangs we exported back to their "home" countries now run things and OUR drug use has created the cartels that run everything).
