The Trump Organization planned to work with the corrupt Mammadov family on a Trump International Hotel in Azerbijan, but it has never been finished for some reason. From a New York Times article:

The Trump-branded hotel never opened, but it was dogged by controversy. Mr. Trump cut the deal despite allegations by United States diplomats that the minister had dealings with front companies for the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and was corrupt.”

The Times article was reporting also that the never-occupied building caught fire earlier this year, destroying much of the building. More shady Trump deals.

then threatening criminal charges on his kids, particularly Ivanka who is clearly his favorite child, might be the best direct route to achieving it. To save them he would be open to negotiating a plea deal that includes resignation. But I'd like to see Pence taken out first, of course!
