?1545029621The deal began in the early 0's. Trump still claims that the project was scrapped before the Primaries. It wasn't. It continued throughout the campaign. Putin knew Trump was lying and thus opened himself up to kompromat. The Russian Conspiracy begins here. When written the rest will be history.
Focusing on the key words, Donald Trump, his organization and his associates, Steve Denning of Forbes outlines the overall conspiracy as defined by law. He doesnt get bogged down with the dozens of names involved and the their individual involvement. We just need to know that the overlapping actors are part of the same grand conspiracy. Their various crime, even though they may not have known it at the time, serve the same end. Massive voter fraud perpetrated our nation and its people.
The article is based on Muellers latest filings. Its very straight forward and a compelling reading. Please read the whole thing.
The outline:

A Guide to All 17 (Known) Trump Investigations
Garrett Graff: After three weeks of back-to-back-to-back-to-backbombshells by federal prosecutors and special counsel Robert Mueller, its increasingly clear that as 2018 winds down, Donald Trump faces a legal assault unlike anything previously seen by any presidenta total of at least 17 distinct court cases stemming from at least seven different sets of prosecutors and investigators. (That total does not count any congressional inquiries, nor does it include any other inquiries into other administration officials unrelatedto Russia.)
While the media has long short-handed Muellers probe as the Russia investigation, a comprehensive review of the cases unfolding around the president and the question of Russian influence in the 2016 campaign harkens back to another lesson of Watergate: Deep Throats dictum, Follow the money.

(22,976 posts)I believe a Hong Kong-based investment group now owns a major stake in Forbes. Not sure how much control the family still retains in the publication.
But maybe the mega-wealthy are concerned about their vast holdings taking a plunge as the Trump administration goes over the cliff. The markets have already been up and down like a fever chart.
If Trump is a bottom-line money-loser, wealthy Repubs just might drop their support of this train-wreck of a presidency.

It seems that Forbes is trying to reshape their image as the go-to rag for the Billionaire Boys' Club.

(70,490 posts)The filing revealed that Muellers Office is now investigating the hypothesis that Donald Trump, his campaign, his
organization and his associates participated in a massive election fraud, through five interlocking conspiracies
arguably the worst set of crimes against the United States in its history.

(4,006 posts)by states and even governments against Trump properties. In brief, his tax evasions alone (state taxes, sales taxes, etc.) could easily trigger lawsuits to recover moneys never paid. Then, other charges like selling properties at inflated prices, kicking back a share to to the buyer, and then pocketing the difference are quite possible. These of course involve tax evasion but this practice also is collusion to defraud, separate from tax evasion.
God, I do hope they all get jail and the name of Trump is trashed forever, let alone attributed to the worst president of all time!

(24,979 posts)as befits what is essentially a religious creed.
Apparently we don't want to get "bogged down with the dozens of names involved and the their individual involvement," for to specify specific elements of evidence would be tantamount to questioning the unitary divinity of the godhead.
Amen, amen!
