Instead of mocking Stephen Miller's spray-on hair, we should be working to stop his vile policies.
Whoa. Just saw the hair. We can multitask.

(4,723 posts)In this case he made a fool out of himself on national TV by trying to cover it up badly. People won't remember anything he said, just how foolish he looked.

(22,032 posts)This neo-Nazi has Trump's ear and the policies they are developing and implementing are anything but funny.
Fuck his hair.
This skin-head is a danger to democracy. Why are we discussing something so trivial about this man?!

(33,328 posts)If mocking his spray hair causes this egotistical Nazi to be too embarassed to appear on tv again, then it is a win because he will have trouble spreading his infection to others.

(7,640 posts)from the outrageous matter at hand -- I would never have thought so until I attended a marketing seminar recently and learned about some of the underhanded tactics which seem bizarre, but are actually effective.
Another example of distraction technique (again, IMHO) was when Dubya would pronounce "nuclear" as "nukular" - very distracting from a serious discussion of nuclear power/war. I heard a speech (or it may have been an interview) of Dubya's from long before his presidency and he pronounced "nuclear" as "nuclear" at that time.
