5. I'm Not Saying That Treason Charges Are Forthcoming.....

but I'm wondering what the judge saw that got him to the point that he would even mention the word Treason in relation to Flynn today.

And if what Flynn did bordered on Treason - what would cause Mueller to recommend a light sentence for Flynn based on Flynn's cooperation. I'm thinking that Flynn might have provided Mueller with solid evidence that Trump and/or Pence were involved with 'collusion/conspiracy" with the Russians. What other cooperative info could Flynn have provided to Mueller that would rise to the level of Mueller recommending a light sentence?

And furthermore - why is Trump & the WH sticking to their point that Flynn was entrapped by the FBI unless they are trying to discredit any info that Flynn provided to Mueller because it's so damaging?

6. In the eyes of the judge he's a traitor; therefore, traitor - treason, although

there is a much narrower legal definition of treason that Flynn's crimes don't rise to. But I think the judge called it right when he branded Flynn as a traitor, which is not such a narrow term or label. This guy told the Russians they could ignore our sitting U.S. President's sanctions, worked as an undisclosed foreign agent for Turkey for money while he was a national security advisor, and was even involved in discussions of a plot to kidnap a Turkish dissident living under protection of the U.S government. Normally someone who's done all what Flynn did should spend the rest of his life in prison and now he's asking for no prison time for turning evidence against his own co-conspirators. He's complete garbage. He deserves to be stripped of his rank.

Flynn allegedly sat in on a meeting and discussed kidnapping him and sent to Turkey. it is rumored that this is why Woolsey up and quit the transition team so abruptly.
