Lying to the FBI is a crime?? Who knew??

Evidently General Flynn didn't know.

He was supposed to be sentenced today, but the judge took into account that Flynn didn't know that lying to the FBI was a crime.

Trump is praying that some day in the future, he gets this same judge who wonders whether shooting someone on Fifth Ave is a crime and wants more time to think about it.

Seems to me that somewhere along the way, America got fucked up. Is it beyond repair? Who knows.

Because that judge read Flynn the riot act for trying to even suggest that the FBI tried to trick him or that he could justifiable claim he didn't know lying to the FBI was a crime.

So I guess that there are two different standards of "justice" in this country.
