13. EVERYONE on DU should call and do this

First, hit *67 (or whatever code your carrier requires for blocking caller ID);
Stay on the line for the full two minutes, or whatever the time limit is for leaving a message;
Speak in Spanish, Arabic or another language -- it could be gibberish, or reading the list of ingredients from a box of cereal, whatever;
Repeat.

The campaign, or anyone who buys toll-free numbers, will pay by the minute. Let's run up the bill for them!
