Without Rusal aluminum they can't make electronics. Rusal is the second largest producer in the world, I believe. I heard about this a month or so ago when Treasury announced they would allow Deripaska to divest his holdings in Rusal. IOW...Treasury - Just sell your shares to your brother-in-law...nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
