there is a kind of a silver lining to his shut down... there won't be anyone able to print the Federal Register. It's not actual law until it is published there, if that task cannot be performed whatever he spews forth as dictatorial proclamation won't actually be out in motion until work can resume. At least that's how it used to work last time I checked.
