It would be great if they do not get 50 -- meaning we need all the Democrats to be "no" and 2 Republicans to vote no. This would be interesting as it means that they don't even have a simple majority. This makes the issue of blowing up the filibuster a moot point - assuming that the 2 are nos on substance as well.

I don't think you can filibuster an procedural motion.

I read on another post that so far there are two negative Republican votes. Don't know if that is true. But if all Democrats are present and vote No also, along with two Republicans, the legislation dies.
