Will a Government Shutdown Shut Down Robert Mueller? See the answer.

The answer is no.

A spokesman for special counsel Robert Mueller tells Mother Jones, “The SCO is funded from a permanent indefinite appropriation and would be unaffected in the event of a shutdown.”

He heard the hoi polloi wailing about the wall, and the fact that he could appease their nonsense and create crises drove his snap decisions.
